Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah was born in 1929. Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah is the current Emir of Kuwait. Before becoming the Emir of Kuwait, he was foreign minister for 40 years. Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah became Emir in 2006, following the death of the previous Emir and the inability of the Crown Prince to take over, due to ill health.

Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah obtained a bachelor's degree from the University of Geneva. Before becoming prime minister he was the Defense Minister of Kuwait. Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah was named the Prime Minister of Kuwait in 2011.

Nasser Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah was named prime minister for the first time in 2006, and was renamed prime minister in 2007.
